Choose the score participants need to earn a certificate, and see at a glance who passed. Play also has a clearer finish screen and shows progress when media is uploading.
Until now, every participant who finished an activity could get its certificate. Now you can set a passing grade: the minimum score a participant must reach to receive it. That's useful for compliance and onboarding training, where you need to know people actually learned the material, not just that they finished.
How to set it up: Open the certificate for your activity (Add a certificate or Change the certificate). Turn on Requirement to pass and enter the minimum score as a percentage. Studio shows what that means in points, for example "≈ 16 of 20 points".
On ongoing and completed activities, each participant is marked Passed or Not passed. If someone falls short, you can see how many points they were missing. If a participant has answers waiting for your review, they're marked Awaiting review, so you know to check their tasks before deciding.
The screen participants see at the end of an activity has a new look, with animations and a clear message about whether they passed. Participants know right away where they stand.
Some activities have no scored tasks, like a guided tour or a survey. Participants no longer see "0 points" on those. They just see their progress.
When participants upload a photo or video, a progress bar shows how far the upload has come and roughly how long is left. They no longer have to guess whether their answer went through.
