First aid course kindergartens 2025

Øystein Fauske arranges afternoon/evening first aid courses for kindergarten employees in Senja municipality.

‍

He has found a solution to create more activity and participation for the course participants.

‍

The course is structured with an hour of theory indoors. Then they put on their clothes for a Wittario distance game outdoors.

‍

There has been a lot of theory and some practical exercises at the end of the course, and I find that the course participants become tired and fatigued during the course.

‍

In smaller groups, they will walk a total of approximately 1 kilometer, and answer 13-14 questions related to the first aid course. Here, they will answer with multiple choice, photos and videos.

‍

The feedback from employees has been exclusively positive.

‍

A distance game gives course participants more than just sitting and listening. They get movement, conversations and they see and experience each other's thoughts on the topic.
