Vestre Viken Hospital held a successful management conference with 350 managers on September 1st 2022. A central part of the program was a session using the Wittario app, which was used to explore the topic of "Digital Transformation" through physical activities, reflection and dialogue.

The managers were divided into groups of four and were tasked with using the Wittario app to explore various topics related to digital transformation. This included questions about how technology can be used to improve patient care, streamline work processes and increase the quality of healthcare services. By going out and exploring these topics in groups, the managers had the opportunity to share perspectives, ideas and experiences, as well as to reflect on how they can implement digital solutions in their daily work.

Morten Asker Støldal, Head of Department for Organizational Development at Vestre Viken HF, was very satisfied with the implementation of the activity and emphasized the app's ability to inspire physical movement, reflection and dialogue.
