On March 13th 2025, 350 leaders and leadership developers gathered at Clarion Hotel The Hub in Oslo for the Take Lead conference, Norway's leading conference for leadership and leadership development, organized by Front Leadership.

This year's theme was to create insight and curiosity about the invisible diversity in the workplace.

Wittario had the pleasure of contributing with a tailor-made conference game that engaged and activated participants throughout the day. The game gave participants the opportunity to reflect on the professional content from the lectures, while encouraging them to visit the exhibitor square and get to know the conference exhibitors better.

Through the use of game-based learning and mobile technology, we helped created a more dynamic and engaging conference experience - with learning, reflection and networking at the center.

Conference game with unique QR codes

To keep participants engaged throughout the conference day, Wittario developed a tailor-made conference game with a total of 18 tasks. Each task was activated by scanning a unique QR code, strategically placed around the conference area - including on tables, screens, toilets and at the 12 different exhibitors.

The tasks were varied and engaging and consisted of information tasks, free text answers and multiple choice answers. The exhibitors contributed content related to their own business, which motivated participants to visit the stands and learn more about the companies behind them.

To increase participation, a winner was drawn from among the participants afterwards, who received a gift card.

The result was clear: Almost 70% of the participants actively participated in the conference game.

Increased interaction between participants, exhibitors and the organizer

Wittario is proud to have been the supplier of the interactive conference game during the Take Lead conference. Through the Wittario app, participants were given the professional and social challenges that engaged them throughout the day.

The result was increased activity, higher presence on the exhibitor square and increased interaction between participants, exhibitors and the organizer.
