The HR department took a stand in the canteen at VPK Packaging's HSE day. Here, employees came in groups to work together on tasks they were given in learning games on iPads. Two and two teams competed against each other at the same time. HR manager Marthe Falch Pedersen says: "Talking about the company's values, well-being and working environment can often be a bit "fluffy" and difficult. Using Wittario games in this way created a lot of good discussions and engagement around the table."
