Kronos Titan started its collaboration with Wittario with one clear goal: to make a leadership gathering more engaging and inspiring. During the gathering, participants were able to test an obstacle course consisting of various tasks in a route game developed in the Wittario platform. The result? A team building session that was both motivating and engaging – and that opened the door to completely new ways of working.
From one workshop to many applications
The experience during the management meeting inspired Kronos Titan to test how Wittario could also be used to communicate management's strategy and key figures.
The platform became a tool for communicating important information, gathering input, and working towards implementation.Wittario is now actively used in the work with:
- HSE training
- Quality assurance
- Onboarding of new employees
- Skill development for existing employees
Kronos Titan also welcomes apprentices annually, where Wittario can contribute to more practical and engaging training during the internship period.
Collaboration with students provided new content
As a client in the course Change and Innovation in Practice at Kristiania University College, Kronos Titan worked together with students who developed courses in Wittario. The students delivered content within both HSE and onboarding – which has further strengthened the value of the platform internally.The implementation of Wittario has been driven by the HR and HSE department, with key people such as Wenche Revhaug, Maria Andersen and Marius Engebretsen at the forefront.At Kronos Titan, Wittario has developed from a teambuilding tool to a broad, strategic tool – and is becoming a natural part of everyday work for both managers, employees and apprentices.
