The insightful session set the tone for the day, and participants were given valuable tools to navigate the change journey that lay ahead of them.

Wittario's Walk-n-Talk - A Journey Towards Reflection and Engagement

After an inspiring start, we continued with a unique walk-n-talk game, designed by Wittario, which aimed to get participants to reflect, rehearse and dive deep into the change process.

Through interactivity and engagement, participants were actively involved, and the result was the establishment of strong bonds and a deeper understanding of the change journey that awaited.

After a lovely lunch at the Sjøflyhavna, we moved on to a 1.5 hour teambuilding event that combined creative, practical and theoretical tasks. The Wittario app became our ally in this adventure, both outside in the glorious weather and inside the hotel. It was a true joy to see all employees challenging themselves and each other, building relationships through sharing experiences, and solving tasks with a smile.
