Engagement and team spirit across departments - Wittario in use at Sykehuspartner

Game-based learning and engagement for the entire organization

Sykehuspartner has adopted Wittario as a tool to engage its employees in a new and interactive way – both digitally and physically. Through two different activities, the organization has experienced how game-based learning can contribute to professional development, team building, and movement in the daily work routine.

Easter quiz on the intranet - with prizes and competition

🐣 It all started with an Easter quiz, where Sykehuspartner wanted to create a fun and engaging activity for all employees. Wittario provided a ready-made template that was adapted to the organization with its own questions. The quiz was available as a desktop game, which could be played either via mobile or directly in a browser - accessible on all platforms via play.wittario.com.

The game was promoted through the organization's intranet, and employees competed to collect the most points. 🐰 Some lucky winners were selected from among the top players. The game was managed and customized by Andrea Rachada Hegrenes (Media Graphic Designer/Graphic Designer), on behalf of the management team, where Tor Arne Olsen (Special Advisor) is one of the initiators.

Leadership Gathering - with Time for Movement and Reflection

The next time Wittario was used was in connection with a leadership gathering in Larvik. After a day of professional development focused on the organization's strategy, goals, and values, Sykehuspartner wanted an activity that would both engage and activate participants. The solution was an interactive, remote Wittario game, tailored specifically for the gathering. The game included:

·       Professionaltasks related to the day's topics

·       Generalteam-building tasks from Wittario's library

·       Localquestions connected to Larvik

Participants were divided into teams and had tomove physically to unlock new tasks - a fun feature of Wittario, a game that combines learning and activity in a single format.
