Denofa made training part of the working day

Denofa wanted a flexible platform that worked where employees actually do their jobs. The combination of mobile access, a simple structure and activity-based learning made Wittario relevant.

Together with Wittario, Denofa selected the courses to digitise first. They built a portal for HSE, food safety, hygiene, onboarding and other internal needs, and launched it for 75 employees.

One practical example is a 17-page hygiene procedure. It was turned into short modules with tasks, questions and animations so that employees can actively engage with the content.

Short modules fit into the working day and can be accessed on a phone. Questions along the way give employees an opportunity to reflect on procedures rather than simply read them.

The courses can be tailored to Denofa’s own procedures and changed as needs evolve. This allows otherwise extensive material to be broken down into manageable learning sessions.

For managers, the answers provided along the way make it easier to see which topics need clearer explanations. This provides a practical basis for developing the courses further.
